Kim-Marie therefore has first-hand experience of the importance of employers’ compliance with employment regulations and Home Office guidance.
Chad is a Microsoft Certified Professional and MS Systems Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in Microsoft solutions and implementing them into small to medium sized businesses. His experience of design, implementation, configuration and support of network environments means he understands client needs and is able to create practical & workable solutions.

Milesh has worked in the Service and Maintenance Industry for over 15 years specializing in Operations, Procurement and Business Development. During this time has achieved in-depth expertise in Biometric Solutions including IRIS and facial recognition. Understanding the customer’s requirements is a must, together with a collaborative approach with various solution providers to deliver on time, in budget solutions in Travel, Retail and Hospitality.
Stefan has 25+ years’ experience in Operations specialising in compliance, process control and change management within the banking sector and a number top 100 US firms. He has managed and implemented change management within large organisations. His focus in the last 5 years has been on UK immigration compliance giving regular talks and presentations on the changes and writing articles for publication.
Matthew is a qualified immigration lawyer with extensive experience and his own immigration practice. He has supported a number of high profile companies through compliance under the new system and in particular, with regard to the requirements under the new illegal working legislation.
